Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Club ISS membership platform at club-iss.co.uk (the "Platform"), operated by Next Step Exhibitions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales, with registered offices at The Engine Room, 18 Battersea Power Station, London, SW11 4RF.

By registering for or using Club ISS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time — we will notify active members of any material changes by email.

Club ISS offers two membership tiers for UK independent schools and accredited education agents:

• Full membership (schools) — annual subscription giving access to all Platform benefits including ISS Show discounts, AgentsConnect, ISS Insights reports, Scholato, and up to 5 named member seats.
• Individual membership (schools) — annual subscription giving access to ISS Insights reports and AgentsConnect priority booking for a single named member.
• Agent membership — invite-only, subject to accreditation. Access to AgentsConnect events and the agent directory.

Membership is granted to the school or agency as an organisation, not to individual employees. Seats may not be transferred to members outside of your school or agency without our consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our discretion, including where a member breaches these terms or brings Club ISS or the Independent Schools Show into disrepute.

Annual membership fees are as set out on the Platform at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance, either online via Stripe or by invoice ("pay on account") at our discretion.

Memberships are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellation.

We will contact you ahead of your renewal date. If payment is not received by the renewal date, access to the Platform may be suspended until payment is made.

We reserve the right to adjust membership fees on renewal. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any fee increase.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with anyone outside your school or agency
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Platform without our written permission
• Use member contact details obtained via the Platform for purposes other than legitimate professional networking
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene

All content on the Platform — including ISS Insights reports, market data, event materials, and the Club ISS brand — is owned by or licensed to Next Step Exhibitions Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may use content accessed through your membership for your own internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

Where you submit content to the Platform (for example, a school profile or agent listing), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content to other members as part of the Platform's operation.

Full members may invite colleagues to join their school's membership up to the maximum number of seats included in their plan. Invited colleagues must be employed by the same school. Invitations are personal to the recipient — invite links must not be shared beyond the intended recipient.

You are responsible for ensuring that colleagues you invite understand and agree to these terms before accepting their invitation.

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Platform temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features of the Platform. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your membership benefits.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Step Exhibitions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@schoolsshow.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership year — access continues until that date.

We may cancel your membership immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we reasonably believe continued membership poses a risk to other members or the Platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
